Film producer and writer

Dylan Sellers is a film producer and writer, known for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013), The Giver (2014) and Agent Cody Banks (2003).

Dylan Sellers is also the president of Limelight.

Born in Los Angeles, Dylan completed his graduation from UC Berkeley and Hastings School of Law. He started his film business working under Lee Rich after a stint practicing law from O’Melveny & Meyers.

As a producer, he produced a number of commercially successful films based on the Fox and Warner Brothers for many years. Some of his successful films including Passenger 57, The Paper, The Agent Cody Banks series, Footloose, The Replacements, and the Cinderella Story series.

In 2011, Sellers started his first of two stints at The Weinstein Company as the president of the production. He was engaged in some projects during his runs at TWC heading production and acquisitions. The projects were including The Untouchables, The Artist, Fruitvale Station, Silver Linings Playbook, The Butler, Philomena, The Imitation Game, Southpaw, St. Vincent, Wind River and Lion.
